Marketing Executive

What you will be doing

  • Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals, supporting new service offerings, office launches, and geographic expansions (e.g. North America)
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement tailored regional growth initiatives and sector entry campaigns
  • Ensure that all marketing platforms, events and materials meet high standards of quality, brand alignment and align to our strategic priorities
  • Brand Consistency & Document Quality
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of client-facing documents and templates
  • Oversee adherence to brand guidelines, coaching team members on consistent application
  • Marketing Calendar & Metrics
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create and manage a 12-month rolling marketing calendar, encompassing events, campaigns, content marketing, and strategic announcements
  • Establish and maintain dashboards tracking marketing KPIs that are meaningful for senior leadership, and support marketing best practice
  • Business Development Enablement
  • Provide tailored marketing support for senior leaders, driving new business opportunities and fostering growth within the existing client base
  • Reputation & Brand Building
  • Manage DM’s website and LinkedIn presence to reflect evolving services and enhance brand perception
  • Work with the Operations Director and colleagues supporting brand identity and expression development programmes
  • Training & Development
  • Enhance team members’ confidence in using LinkedIn for business development through templates and how-to guides, combined with ad hoc and planned coaching
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Streamline marketing operations, including the production and storage of credentials and other brand and marketing collateral

What will you need

  • Experience

    • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within professional or financial services sectors
    • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistently branded marketing assets
    • Experience of B2B marketing practices and tools
  • Skills

    • Content marketing and multi-channel campaign execution
    • Creative tools such as Canva, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
    • Understanding of CRM and Email Service Provider systems (experience preferred but not essential
    • Attention to detail, especially in English language copy, branding and document quality
