Aileen joined DM in 2023 and is based in Ireland. She provides group-wide HR support including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy development. Aileen also manages the DM Discover training programme, serves as Training Manager for ACA, ACCA, ATI, CIMA, and CPA trainees, and oversees the firm’s HR system, Personio. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from University College Cork and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from GMIT. Aileen is an Assoc CIPD and is currently pursuing a Masters in Fund Administration at Munster Technological University.

Sofie joined DM in 2020 and is based in our Netherlands office in Voorburg, where she serves as HR Advisor. She is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR policy development, while also supporting compliance, training and staff performance cycles. Sofie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Kosar joined DM in July 2024 and is part of the HR team. She supports talent acquisition, HR operations, training, and talent management across the firm. Kosar received her undergrad from Penn State University and holds a postgraduate master’s degree in Human Resource Management from University College Cork.

Kim joined DM Financial Netherlands as Office Manager, supporting the Control, Finance, and HR teams to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.

With a background in Front Office Management, Kim brings strong organizational and communication skills and is focused on contributing to a positive and efficient working environment while continuing to develop within the role.
