Aileen Keating

Aileen, our HR Specialist, joined DM in 2023 and is based in Ireland. With a master’s degree in human resource management from University College Cork, a bachelor’s degree in the same field from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology she is an Assoc CIPD. Currently, pursuing a master’s in Fund Administration at Munster Technological University. Aileen provides group-wide HR support, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding. She develops and implements HR policies, advises on employee relations, ensures compliance with employment laws and health and safety standards, and coordinates student recruitment. Additionally, she supports payroll processing, maintains annual leave system data integrity, assists with hiring forecasts, and manages organisational charts and job descriptions. In her role, Aileen also manages the personnel development plan, including the DM Discover training programme, administers our HR system Personio, and serves as the Training Manager for ACA, ACCA, ATI, CIMA, and CPA, providing career planning support. She supports annual performance reviews, team development, and handles ad-hoc projects.

Sofie de Zeeuw

Sofie joined DM in 2020 and is based in The DM Netherlands office in Voorburg, serving as our HR Advisor. She has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Sofie’s responsibilities encompass recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and employee relations. She develops and implements HR policies and the internal training program, ensures compliance with employment laws and health and safety standards. Additionally, she manages the employee handbook, organisational charts and job descriptions and administers the Dutch HR system Hooray. In her role, Sofie guides and supports the staff performance cycle, manages daily operational HR affairs, and advise the Dutch board on HR projects.
