Richard joined DM in 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant in regulatory compliance, internal control and risk management. He specialises in implementing financial regulations, enhancing control frameworks and helping clients achieve demonstrable compliance. Before joining DM, Richard was responsible for the global implementation and ongoing adherence of financial markets regulations at Rabobank. Drawing on this experience, he has built the consulting practice within DM Netherlands to support clients’ compliance and advisory needs.

Otto brings more than 25 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in project management, regulatory implementation, and organisational change. He specialises in translating strategic and tactical objectives into practical, effective operational execution, supporting clients through complex transformation initiatives.

Michel joined DM Consulting in 2023 as Senior Information Technology Security Consultant. He has held senior IT security roles with Nationale Nederlanden, ABN AMRO Hypotheken, NN Investment Partners and ING, gaining extensive experience in security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management. At DM he supports clients in meeting their obligations under DORA and NIS2, enhancing security posture and strengthening internal controls through in-depth assessments and IT audits. Michel is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
