David O’Loughlin

David joined DM in 2010 and is a Director of Financial Reporting, specialising in US GAAP. He has led the Limerick-based US GAAP team for more than seven years and is a key member of the senior management team. He is highly experienced in delivering large-scale recurring financial reporting projects for global private equity, mutual fund, ETF, fund of fund and hedge fund structures. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
