Richard Murphy

Richard is an experienced director and insolvency practitioner with over 17 years advising offshore funds and companies across strategies including structured finance, digital assets, litigation funding and private equity. He has acted as a court-appointed liquidator and receiver in the Cayman Islands and the Republic of Seychelles and has served on the boards of a range of offshore funds and companies. Prior to joining DM, Richard was a director at a leading fiduciary and restructuring firm in the Cayman Islands. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of INSOL International and an approved director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
