Roger van den Berg

Roger co-founded Solutional (now DM Netherlands) in 2005 and heads the Financial and Regulatory Reporting services alongside Marco van Empel. He began his career at ABN AMRO before spending eight years with EY in the financial services audit practice. A certified public accountant and certified internal auditor, Roger has deep technical expertise across IFRS, Lux GAAP, and Dutch GAAP, as well as sustainability regulations including CSRD and SFDR. He has also worked extensively on Annex IV reporting since the introduction of AIFMD in 2014.
