Stephen Doran

Stephen specialises in insolvency work. He has been appointed liquidator to a sizeable number of Entities including Investment Funds, Investment Companies and SPVs.  Stephen originally trained in Craig Gardner (now PWC) in Limerick.  Stephen recently completed the voluntary liquidation of two Irish Subsidiaries of a European Multi-National. This project resulted in distributions in excess of €300 million. Stephen has considerable experience in Irish, Cayman Islands and BVI liquidations over several years and has extensive multi-jurisdictional liquidation expertise.
