Jerry established DM’s Cayman office in 2020 and serves as its Managing Director. With more than 12 years at the firm, he specialises in compliance, liquidation and corporate administration services for regulated investment funds. Jerry has extensive knowledge of Cayman fund structures and leads the Cayman Islands digital asset audit practice. Prior to joining DM in 2013, he spent over seven years with Deutsche Bank and Citco. Jerry is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Practitioner Member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an approved director.

Chris heads Web3 Finance at DM, where he builds operational and financial frameworks for on chain organisations. Before joining DM in 2026, Chris spent four years in Cayman with KPMG auditing digital asset funds and private equity/ venture capital structures, followed by 13 months as a Web3 Manager working directly with digital asset entities. With a background that mixes traditional assurance with hands on DeFi and digital asset operations, Chris focuses on enabling foundations and teams to run scalable, transparent, and compliant on chain processes. As a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and plays a key role in guiding clients through the financial, operational and regulatory considerations of Web3 Structures.

Christian joined DM in 2022 and is based in our Cayman Islands office. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), he has over eight years of professional experience. Christian works across Fund Administration, Corporate Secretarial, Directorship Services, Internal Audit & ISAE Assurance, Bank Accounts, Payroll & Payments, as well as Wind Down & Liquidation and Private Client Services.

Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Blockchain Specialist within the DM Team team.  With over five years’ experience working in the digital asset space, Stephen has developed specific technical expertise in blockchain infrastructure and digital asset investments.  Stephen assists clients in developing automated solutions to reconcile chain data to accounting records.
