Jerry established DM’s Cayman office in 2020 and serves as its Managing Director. With more than 12 years at the firm, he specialises in compliance, liquidation and corporate administration services for regulated investment funds. Jerry has extensive knowledge of Cayman fund structures and leads the Cayman Islands digital asset audit practice. Prior to joining DM in 2013, he spent over seven years with Deutsche Bank and Citco. Jerry is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Practitioner Member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an approved director.

Since joining DM in 2015, Bernie has served as Director of Management Accounts and Corporate Secretarial, bringing extensive expertise in accounting and reporting for SPVs, investment management and advisory vehicles, finance in addition to holding entities across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to DM, Bernie worked with Arthur Andersen and KPMG. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University College Cork and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Michelle has over 25 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial services industry, specialising in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. She began her career in audit with KPMG and went on to serve as Managing Director of Gentoo Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.A. before becoming Director of Compliance at TMF Luxembourg. Well known in the Luxembourg corporate services sector, Michelle has extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/CTF, and governance. She holds a BA (Honours) in Business Studies from the University of Ulster and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, an ACIS, and an FCCA.

Jake joined DM Financial in 2020 and relocated to Singapore in 2024. He leads the Corporate Services and Tax practice, supporting fund managers, SPV's, VCC structures and corporate groups across APAC with accounting, corporate secretarial and tax compliance services. Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick and is a dual-qualified Chartered Accountant with CAI and ISCA.

Sabrina was appointed Senior Manager of Company Secretarial Services in March 2024 and is based in DM’s Limerick office. She brings over six years of management experience in company secretarial services, with a strong focus on corporate governance and compliance. Her background includes roles in the funds and banking sectors with leading institutions. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & Finance from TUS and is currently completing her professional qualifications in Company Secretarial and Compliance.
